Simon Parker (Travel Writer and Broadcaster) – Cycled 3,407 miles around Britain for the Telegraph and a book ‘Riding Out’ which is due to be released in April. He travels to the furthest corners of Britain… Shetland, Scilly etc to find out how the pandemic impacted people all over the country. It’s a ground level view of how the pandemic impacted hundreds of unique case studies.
